Ordering from aibani.com is fast & easy. Most orders ship within 2-3 days of receipt. Orders can be placed online, fax or mail. At this time we are not accepting orders over phone but you can check the status of your order by calling us. Retailers can order by design or choose from our time saving assortments.
Easy to use online ordering – Simply select items that you wish to order by category or keyword search. Once you have added all the items or assortments that you wish to order to your shopping cart, you can check out using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.
Order by Fax – You can fax your order to 516-442-0353. A response by email or telephone will inform you that we have received the faxed order.
Order by Mail – Print this order form and send it with your payment to Aibani’s Inc 3505 Margie street, Oceanside, NY 11572. We will call you to let you know when we have received the order by mail.
Competitive Pricing: Every card is priced at 55 cents to the retailer. The printed Retail Price (RP)on each card is $ 2.75 there by giving a discount structure of 50+50+20 percent approximately.
Wholesale Units: Greeting cards are sold in units only.
1 unit = 6 cards (unless otherwise informed) Minimum order per design should be 1 unit.
2 units = 12 cards(unless otherwise informed)
Packaged Invitations: Coming soon.
Minimum Order – To maintain low prices we require a minimum order of 18 units total. These could be 1 unit of each design or occasion or a minimum order of $ 50.00 by value.
Payment Terms: Full payment for all orders required in advance. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover or you can mail in a check with a copy of your order. We do not ship C.O.D. All orders with checks will be shipped only after the credit is received.
Shipping: Most orders ship within 2 to 3 working days from the receipt of orders. Shipping is F.O.B Oceanside NY & the cost is calculated in your shopping cart by the weight of the order vs your zip code. Orders that require displays or spinners may take a little longer CoinPal. Most orders are shipped via UPS.
Special offers: There will be special offers of FREE shipping for your advantage. Keep checking our website.
Substitutions: If any item you order is out of stock, we will substitute the design with a similar product unless otherwise informed. If you would prefer to backorder the item, it will be shipped at no extra shipping cost. Backorders take 2-4 weeks to ship out.
Returns: Unopened everyday product may be returned for credit with fourteen (14) days of receipt with a RAC (Return authorization code). Seasonal products are not returnable. Goods damaged in shipping or manufacturing defects may be returned for credit within fourteen (14) days. A full refund for the product will be given but not for the cost of shipping unless due to an error on the part of Aibani’s Inc.
Displays & Spinners – Displays and Spinners are available for purchase from Aibani’s Inc. Orders that contain displays or spinners may take longer for delivery depending on the availability.
International Orders : All International orders must be paid in advance by Wire transfer /Certified check or Money order. Shipping cost, Freight charges and other expenses will be informed by email or Fax on a case to case basis.
